1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the perdana4d website at perdana4d.lat, including all sub-pages, mobile-responsive views, and any associated applications made available to registered users.
• "Account" means a registered user profile created on the Platform by an individual who has completed the registration process and passed identity verification where applicable.
• "User" or "you" refers to any natural person who accesses, browses, or uses any part of the Platform, whether registered or unregistered.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the perdana4d platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern the movement of funds into and out of your account:

• Deposits are processed in real time via supported payment channels including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC, ETH, USDT, and LTC are also accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. These limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be adjusted by perdana4d at any time with reasonable notice.

• perdana4d does not charge processing fees on standard MYR withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transfer fees, for which perdana4d accepts no liability.
• Any funds remaining in your account that have been dormant for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.

4 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

perdana4d offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable as real funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.

5 Betting Rules and Dispute Resolution

All bets placed through perdana4d — whether on sportsbook markets, mix parlay accumulators, cricket betting, or any other wagering product — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued, the odds are locked in and cannot be changed regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In the event of a technical error or manifest pricing error that results in odds being offered that are materially outside the normal market range, perdana4d reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

• Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised with our support team within 30 days of the event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

6 Account Security and User Obligations

When you create an account on perdana4d, you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under that account. To protect both yourself and the integrity of the platform, you are required to:

8 Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
